The G20 is a global forum for central bank governors and governments that was established in 1999. It is made up of the world's largest economies. The G20 Countries are group of 19 countries, European Union, and African Union, namely Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, the UK and the US G20 Members The Group of Twenty ( G20 ) comprises 19 countries (Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Türkiye, United Kingdom and United States) and the European Union. The G20 members represent around 85% of the global GDP, over 75% of the global trade, and about two-thirds of the world population. The G20 is an alliance of the world's leading industrialized nations founded in 1999 and comprises 19 individual sovereign member states. As the 20th member, the European Union has an additional seat, which is why it came to be known as the G20 .
