Lawrence bishnoi: The murder of a Punjabi rapper

The murder of a Punjabi rapper, repeated death threats against a Bollywood star and the killing of a Mumbai-based politician — all are alleged to be the work of Indian gangster Lawrence Bishnoi . The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed responsibility for the killing of Canadian businessman Darshan Singh Sahsi as CCTV footage of the incident emerges. Sahsi was shot outside his home in British Columbia. The gang stated Sahsi was involved in drug trafficking and refused to pay them. This incident follows other violent activities attributed to the gang in Canada, including an attack on a Punjabi singer. Lakhvinder Kumar, a fugitive gangster associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, was brought to the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) in Delhi, where he was arrested by the Haryana Police, officials said. Canadian officials this week said Bishnoi 's gang was targeting Sikh dissidents at the behest of the Indian government.
