The one without the lipstick (sometimes called the pink lesbian flag ) is semi-controversial in its own right, due to its association with the lipstick flag , but I still see it used somewhat commonly. Qpr stands for queer platonic relationship, and it is a relationship that is generally stronger than a normal friendship, but with only platonic feelings attached. Sometimes they look like a romantic relationship but without romantic feelings, sometimes they look like really super strong friendships, but they can look like basically anything. The flag has been redesigned so much mostly due to petty tumblr drama, other than the mostly collective ditch of the Labrys (first two purple flags) flag due to the meaning of the black triangle, a nazi symbol. Some people still use it claiming reclamation, as the symbol was used to mark “asocial” individuals, mainly consisting of lesbians.
