The National Capital Region (NCR) is one of the most significant urban conglomerations in India, comprising Delhi and adjoining areas in neighboring states. NCR Planning Board prepared a Regional Plan with the perspective year 2021 for the National Capital Region which was notified on 17.09.2005.
