Passengers travelling in trains can get information on WhatsApp, like PNR status, live status of train, food order, train ticket booking, train schedule, coach position, and filing a complaint in case of any inconvenience while travelling by train, and many other pieces of information. Users can register complaints through online registration form. Facility to track status of complaints and suggestions through reference number, name of complainant, date of incident, contact number and e-mail is also available. Complaints will be provided with a unique complaint ID number and complainants can use this unique ID number to track the progress of complaints. The complaint will be auto assigned to the concerned railway functionary for redressal. Validations for station name, train number and PNR number have been built into the application for user convenience.
