Ramadevi university: Rama Devi Women's University

Rama Devi Women's University, formerly known as Rama Devi Women's Autonomous College, is a state university for women in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India named after freedom fighter and social reformer Ramadevi Choudhury. Rama Devi Women’s University takes great pride in maintaining the highest levels of research in the nation with distinguished academics that can compete with the best everywhere. Rama Devi Women's University was established in 1964 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It is the first Women’s college to be established in the state of Orissa. It has since been a leader in promoting quality education in the state. The University offers various courses like BA, B.Sc, B.Com at UG level and M.Com, MA, M.Sc courses at PG level. Rama Devi Women’s University was previously established as Government Women’s College in 1964 and later on was granted the status of University in 2015. It is located at Bhubaneswar, Odisha as a State University.
