因日前胸悶、心悸不舒服看診後，醫生排定做24小時心電圖，剛看健保app資料，資料也goo gle，還是無法查明VE跟SVE但的差別跟數據是否偏高，懇請線上醫師能幫忙看一下，感激不 盡。 報告如下： 1. The predominant rhythm was normal sinus rhythm from 49 to 147 BPM with an ave 1. Dominant rhythm : Sinus rhythm . Maximal HR 145 bpm, occurred at 09:37.Minimal HR 45 bpm, occurred at 04:02.Hourly average HR 82 bpm. 2. Ventricular extra syst ole count: There were occasional PVC. 192 beats/24hours (0.2%), with 4 events of couplet. 3. → YCR: 心超報告沒什麼問題，心電圖一整天有四次心房早期收縮，小於 04/22 00:17 如題，要回去醫院看報告時剛好疫情爆發於是取消門診，到現在一直沒有回診，想請問版上醫師報告內容是否有異常？謝謝 DIARY EVENTS:14:32 SOB Sinus tachycardia at rate 113/min 1.
