The Namazgah Mosque (Albanian: Xhamia e Namazgjasë, lit. 'Mosque of the Prayer Square'), also known as the Great Mosque of Tirana ( Xhamia e Madhe e Tiranës), is a Sunni mosque, located in Tirana, Albania. With a capacity of 10,000 worshippers, it is the largest mosque in the Balkans. Xhamia e Haxhi Et’hem Beut Located in Tirana, this mosque is known for its beautiful architecture and historical significance. It survived the atheistic policies of the communist era and is now open to visitors. Our Masjid has been at this location for over 10 years providing religous services for our Muslim Albanian Members. We Have a strong base of Members who have contributed to the initial building of this community and with the continued strength of our congregation we will continue to build for our youth, Inshallah.
