Learn about FoSTaC, a mandatory food safety training and certification program for food business operators and professionals in India. FICSI offers 19 types of FoSTaC courses, both basic and advance, in offline classroom mode. Basic FoSTaC courses are aimed at training food safety supervisors directly involved in handling the food products at the food business premises in various steps of the food value chain. Mode of Delivery The training programs for the Food Safety Supervisors at all 3 levels (viz. Basic, Advanced and Special) would be conducted through the classroom sessions. The content for FOSTAC has been created by our experts to address the specific needs of each of these identified groups.
